Steven Santamaria

Steven Santamaria brings 25 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry and is recognized as an industry leader in the areas of strategic business development and operations. In his most recent experience, he served as chairperson for the Technical Advisory Board at Vyyo, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for Vyyo’s T1 over HFC high speed transmission solutions.

Steve has held many key operations and business leadership roles in the Cable Television Industry. These include serving as a senior executive with Charter Communications, the nation’s third largest MSO. Prior to Charter, Steve was TCI’s Regional Vice President — Operations for Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico. He also served as General Manager of TCI’s Denver Metro cable system, which was perhaps the most visible cable operation in the country. Steve rebuilt the system’s infrastructure, network, and organization, while also increasing revenue and cash flow.

In 2005, Steve was awarded the “Pace-setter Award” by CED Magazine, in celebration of his high achievements at Charter Communications.

As the Director of Latin and South America for AMER SPORTS, Juan Carlos has over 25 years of experience in Sports Marketing, Manufacturing and Product Distribution. Overseeing one of the most recognizable brands in South America, Juan Carlos has negotiated royalty contracts that resulted in millions of dollars of annual revenue. Juan Carlos is also an owner of the adventure park Selvetica in Cancun, which was named Mexico's #1 attraction according to Trip Advisor in 2010. A respected businessman in Latin and South America, Juan Carlos's expertise is sought by many companies for strategic planning and product development.
